To increase access to home dialysis globally, we must collaborate and align on standards of home dialysis. While differences in culture, socioeconomic status, infrastructure, payment policy, and economic status exist among countries and regions, particularly among high-, middle-, and low-income countries, we believe greater collaboration can break down these barriers and increase access to care.
